Our Legacy
Founded in 1991, FACTS which stands for Financial Administrative Commercial and Technical Support has evolved under the leadership of Serge Derycke, focusing on impactful management consulting. Serge’s goal when founding FACTS was to create a management consulting firm that was there to help any company to achieve their strategic business goals.
Over the years, FACTS has helped several companies, FACTS:
- Helped to start-up and grow new companies
- Acted as General Manager and CEO of different company’s and ensure their growth
- Negotiated and handled the takeovers on the company’s behalf including the takeover of competitors thereby increasing the turnover
- Been responsible for the acquisition of several companies
- Instituted complete reorganizations to turn a losing companies around and make them profitable
- Been responsible to define and implement overall business strategies and their operational elaboration
Now almost 35 years later, the next generation has taken over and the company is now led by Christopher Derycke who, after an international career of more than 17 years, has decided to take over the torch and use his acquired international experience to further the mission of FACTS.
With over 15+ years of worldwide experience in the Dredging and Offshore Wind Industry, Christopher has gained a vast technical and commercial knowledge on the execution of large scale projects in multicultural environments. His experience of working in different countries around the world combined with his expertise in leading projects of over 500mio euro and leading a branch office with a yearly turnover of more than 150mio euro allows him to quickly grasp the core of a business challenge or opportunity.
Christopher believes in an efficient team management that focuses on risk review and reduction to ensure the stakeholders goals are always met.
